Charlee started working for Skills Society 8 years ago and has worked in a number of positions including providing direct support to the people we serve, stewarding teams as a Team Leader, and currently as the Coordinator of Casual Supports.

Lisa has worked in the disability sector since 2008 and has been working at Skills since 2016, starting off in frontline and now management. Lisa started out in the field working with persons who had been directly effected by their lives at Michener and quickly formed a passion for the sector.

Miranda is drawn to work that is grounded in equity, inclusion, and community. This led her to Skills Society where she brings her background and skills from primarily academic environments.
