Charlee Lamarre

Coordinator of Casual Supports

Charlee started working for Skills Society 8 years ago and has worked in a number of positions including providing direct support to the people we serve, stewarding teams as a Team Leader, and currently as the Coordinator of Casual Supports. Previously working outside the sector, Charlee had a desire to work with and for people; it was a passion to advocate for and support people with developmental disabilities to thrive that ultimately brought Charlee to this work.

As a compassionate and understanding person, Charlee is drawn to working in a career where she can make a difference in people's lives. The values she brings to her work include dependability, trust worthiness, adaptability and open mindedness. A big believer in equal opportunities, Charlee is strongly aligned with Skills' vision of a community where all individuals are valued citizens, deserving respect, dignity, and rights.

When Charlee is not at work, she can often be found spending time with her family and pets. Charlee is an avid reader, a vintage vinyl collector and is always down to talk Star Wars with anyone.
