Claire is a warm, kind, empathetic leader, and strong advocate for people with disabilities. Claire has been with Skills Society since 2002 working in a variety of roles both frontline and in leadership. Claire is a MANDT instructor and a member of the Health and Safety, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committees. Claire is passionate about supporting people to lead meaningful lives that include opportunities for growth and to be valued members of community. As a leader Claire brings a collaborative approach, seeking ways for people to contribute their gifts and strengths, and strives to foster opportunities to develop leadership in others; Claire believes good ideas can come from anywhere. Claire is proud to be working in a community where she is included, valued, appreciated and given opportunities to grow and mature professionally. Skills Society is a place where Claire feels that she belongs, as it is a welcoming community.
