Cameron has worked with Skills Society since 2018. Cameron values a strength-based approach in his leadership and support roles. Cameron strives to exemplify empathy, collaboration, and life-long learning in his work with Skills Society. Cameron now enjoys teaching Skills Society employees as a Mandt System instructor. Supporting others to gain necessary knowledge and skills to be successful in this work has been a rewarding experience.

Supporting others to live their conception of the good is what drives Cameron in his work. Cameron believes that the right of autonomy is of the utmost importance in the lives of the individuals we support and is necessary to realize citizenship. Cameron enjoys a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in helping Skills Society employees and the individuals we support to achieve their goals. When we are person-centered, strength-based, and support the autonomy of others, we are helping others to live a life full of meaning.
