Pauline Chambers

Team Coordinator

Pauline always knew growing up that she was going to have a career helping people in some capacity. She raised two children and is a proud grandma of two. When Pauline wasn’t busy working her part-time jobs and raising her children, she volunteered her time helping people. This included reading to children, to cooking meals at Ronald McDonald House. Back in 2009 Pauline volunteered helping a friend with procuring items for a silent auction and fundraiser and it was for Skills Society. This was the beginning of Pauline’s Skills journey. In the thirteen years that Pauline has been with Skills she has contributed to the supports of people with developmental disabilities in many different positions from fundraiser, reception, front line, Team Leader to her current position as a valued member of the leadership team at Skills. Pauline is passionate about the work she does advocating to ensure people get the supports they need so they can live their best lives as valued community members.
