Leadership in Action: Perspectives on Leadership from Leaders Within Our Community

Leadership isn't about titles or authority; it's about the unique and important qualities each of us brings to the world. True leadership can be as simple as being present with others and sharing moments that matter. What ultimately counts is how we show up for each other, remain true to ourselves, and affirm others' worth.

We’re excited to share a video featuring four outstanding leaders from our community: Geneva Auger, Devon Kinsella, Michelle Arklie, and Brittany Leitheiser. They discuss what makes a good leader and how they’re positively impacting their communities.

This video highlights the various ways individuals contribute to shaping a more vibrant and inclusive community. We want to recognize and express our appreciation and value of the expertise and leadership of people with disabilities within our community and more broadly. They continue to shape a community that is more beautiful and just.
