Ziaul has been with Skills Society for 8 years and has worked in the disability and health sector for a long time. He brings deep knowledge of mental health and complex needs. He is also involved with Alberta Hospital as an Addiction Counsellor.

Skills Society’s vision of citizenship and belonging for all people with disabilities attracts him to work in this organization. He is proud of working with people with developmental disabilities and being able to make life more meaningful.

Ziaul knows that supporting people’s citizenship is complex, but he strongly believes that we can embrace ambiguity, and challenges as opportunities for creative thinking and innovative responses.

Ziaul teaches Mandt System to Skills Society employees as a Mandt System instructor. He believes in democratic and situational leadership approach.
